What do F and S mean?

I just got a GAF 805/st.

It has single frame capability which is what I wanted it for but I am confused about a switch that has an F and an S on it.

I thought that it might have something to do with single frame but I don't think it does.

Does anyone know what this switch does? It is located right next to the frame rate switch.

Now that I think about it, could it be to choose between a fast or slow zoom?

I'll have to check this when I get home.
